Description
Wool tapestry fragment depicting the bust of a king, showing a man’s head and shoulders in front of a mille-fleurs background. Though it has the appearance of a fragment from a medieval tapestry, this is a modern composite from the early 20th century which includes parts of 15th-century fragments. Part of the Burrell Collection.
