Description
Wool tapestry altar front depicting, possibly, Saints Catherine of Alexandria, Clare of Assisi and Anne against a mille-fleurs ground. Saint Catherine is on the left, with a sword instead of her traditional wheel; Clare of Assisi is in the centre with an unidentifable coat of arms at her feet; Saint Anne is to the right. Part of the Burrell Collection.
