Wool tapestry fragment of black-letter gothic script, possibly originally a standalone strip of text functioning as a type of wainscot or valance panel. The legible section of the text reads '[…] ou toit mettoit a fin/ humanis affin', loosely translated as '[…] where all comes to an end/[…] concerns of men in short'. Part of the Burrell Collection.
