Description
Tapestry depicting Sibylla Samia, one of set of six Sibyls (46.134 to 45.139) from the series 'Fountains with Sibyls and Prophets'. In this second fragment Sibylla Samia bears a cradle, alluding to her prophesy of the Nativity. Part of the Burrell Collection.
